A Noelle Yell

So I haven't posted in about a month so I thought it would be a good time for an update. I went to Wisconsin for Thanksgiving and had a whirlwind three days with family dinner, a musical, tree shopping, a wedding, a house to decorate and a movie to see and dinner out. It was chaotic, not in my top 5 best Thanksgivings but was good to be in Wisconsin and not Maryland.
I have two shifts left at Johns Hopkins and I am finished for the holidays. In my career as a nurse I have never worked a Christmas holiday and I continue that tradition this year by heading back to Wisconsin until after the first of the year. It should be nice, it better snow, and I plan to stop in Chicago a few times.
I spent a bit of time in Philly with my cousins hangin' out and talking about the baby (not mine, Sara's). I shall miss having Jack and Sara that close even if I did not see them that much. Schedules are so hard to coordinate. I enjoy visiting the city of Philadelphia and love visting Jack and Sara so it was a nice two days.
After the holildays I have no idea where I will be. I may be in NYC I may be in upstate New York I could be anywhere. We shall see and I will keep you updated. I am mostly packed and excited to get on the road to get home to some great Christmas traditions.
So there's an update. I hope to write later about a few things that do not involve me.
